HALONG BAY 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS 

DAY 01: HA NOI – HALONG BAY (Meal: Lunch & Dinner)

08:00 – 8:15 Our tour guide and Limousine pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter (if you use our
transfer service)
09:00 Departure to Halong Bay for 2.5 Hours.
10:30 Arrive in Hai Duong province and have 20 minutes short break.
12:30 Welcome on board.
13:00 Lunch (During lunch, the boat will pass by
a small fishing village)
14:30 – 15:30 Start visiting Sung Sot cave
(hiking shoes, camera, etc… are advisable).

15:30 – 16:30 Kayaking/Bamboo boat to LUON cave (beware of your cellphone, camera, etc…)

18:00 Enjoy Cooking Class & Happy Hour fordrinking, and the Sunset party on the sundeckon the 4th floor.
19:30 Dinner is served at the restaurant
20:30 Relaxing time after dinner (you can freely enjoy Squid fishing , Karaoke at the restaurant, Gym, Swimming Pool, Bar, Spa, etc…). Kindly request our Cruise Manager for more information

DAY 02: ME CUNG CAVE & TRINH NU BEACH (DAILY BOAT)

(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

08:00 – 08:45 Pick up at the cruise and transfer to a small boat.
09:00 – 09:30 Enjoy sightseeing as we pass by iconic sites, including Face Stone and Horse
Mountain, before heading to Trinh Nu Cave and Rooster Cave for kayaking.
09:30 – 10:30 Kayaking at Trinh Nu Cave and Rooster Cave.
10:45 Finish kayaking and continue our journey to Ba Trai Dao Beach.
12:00 Enjoy lunch on the Dayboat.
13:00 Visit Ba Trai Dao Beach, where you can go swimming. Please remember to bring a swimsuit,
sunscreen,sunglasses, and some money.
13:45 Finish the swimming activity.
14:00 On the way back, we will see Frog Stone and Satan Stone. We can visit Pearl Farm or Me
Cung Cave. If the clients visited Pearl Farm yesterday, we will go to Me Cung Cave instead.
14:45 Enjoy afternoon tea with fresh fruit. (Please note that drinks purchased at the Dayboat are
not included and payment is required.)
15:00 Return to Alisa Cruise and continue with the itinerary. Bid farewell to the Dayboat crew.
16:00 Participate in a Cooking Class and enjoy Happy Hour with drinks, followed by the Sunset
Party on the sundeck on the 4th floor.
19:30 Dinner is served.
20:30 Relaxing time with activities such as squid fishing and karaoke after dinner.

DAY 03: HALONG BAY – HA NOI (Meal: Breakfast & Lunch)

06:45 – 07:30 Breakfast is served.
07:30 – 08:30 Visit Titop Island, where you can go swimming or hiking. (When we go, you need to bring a swimming suit, sun cream, sunglasses, a little money, …

09:45 Check out time (for a better arrangement,please put your luggage out of the door and returnthe room key at the reception). Our staff will help you transfer your luggage to the jetty in advance.
09:45 – 10:30 Early lunch is served.
10:30 Pay the bill at the bar counter on the second floor.
11:00 Say good bye to the crew and disembark in Alisa
Harbor.
12:00 Get on the bus and come back to Hanoi. (If you
booked the Alisa bus)

CANCELLATION POLICIES

By customers

• More than 15 days prior to check-in: 20% of total rates
•  From 14 to 5 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
•  Less than 5 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
•  No-Show: 100% of total rates

By bad weather

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• CASE 1: Customers used 2 ways transfer and lunch ( No day trip) will be charged 35 USD/ Person (35 USD for transfers and Free for Lunch)
• CASE 2: Customers used 2 ways transfers and lunch + day boat trip will be charged 85 USD/ Person (35 USD for transfers +  50 USD for day tours and lunch on boat)
• CASE 3: Customers used 2 ways transfers and lunch + Early Light Dinner + day boat trip will be charged 95 USD/ Person
