My husband and two teenage boys experienced a one day cruise on the Alisa a few days ago and cannot rate it more highly in terms of the quality of food and brilliant staff. The service on the whole is impeccable and the staff so thoughtful who contributed hugely to a memorable stay. Our transfer to the ship was late and they called us to reassure us that the boat would not leave without us. Special thanks to Michael who was great and to all the staff.

We planned to spend a night in Alisa Cruise the first week of August, but finally due to personal reasons we had to cancel our trip to Vietnam. Mr. Lee allowed us to cancel the reservation without penalty understanding our situation. Thanks a lot Mr. Lee for being so nice! Will visit you in the future!

Perfect and Alisa is the best 5 star cruise among hundreds of cruising boats in Halong Bay

Felt proud of being on the nicest and most expensive 5 star cruise and Alisa is perfect after spending 2 days on that boat. We had a great experience from very comfortable limousine shuttle bus transfers, luxury cabin and delicious food. Staff could not do enough for us. The itinerary of the journey was really a highlight and the cruising time 's really long enough for us to discover almost beautiful landscapes of Halong bay. We strongly recommend Alisa Cruise and for me and all my friends here agreed Alisa 's the best and most valuable cruise in Halong bay now.

Wonderful Experience

We have just returned back to Hanoi after spending one night on the new (second) boat. It was truly a very special event! The crew were so friendly - a big thank you to each every one of them, especially Julia, Tommy, Robert, Michael and Jimmy. It was like being part of one big family. The boat itself was on it's virgin cruise. The attention to detail was fantastic, we enjoyed every minute. Also a big compliment to the chef and the kitchen staff. The food was fantastic - high quality and very delicious. A wonderful way to discover the Vietnamese kitchen. I can highly recommend booking an Alisa cruise to anyone who wants to enjoy the breath taking views at Halong Bay!

Esperienza Fantastica!!!!

Tralasciando la bellezza naturale di halong, che non ha bisogno di presentazioni, Alisa cruise merita tutti i soldi che chiedono. Cruise di alto livello, camere pulite e spaziose, nuove e molto curate. Cibo ottimo e personale super disponibile.

Le bevande costano poco di più rispetto al resto del Vietnam, ma tutta l'acqua in bottiglia è gratuita (tranne quella durante i pasti). Anche durante le escursioni ti riempiono di bottiglie d'acqua.

Tour molto bello, con tempi un po' serrati.... ci sta, in fondo si hanno a disposizione solo 24 ore di tempo.

On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Merchant. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes.

Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.

1. Rates

Tour prices are net prices, quoted in United State Dollars or Vietnam Dong. Our prices for cruises/hotel are generally per person, except for promotions and day cruises

2. Deposits and Cancellation

Deposit payment can be settled by Bank wire transfer, credit card or through Western Union Global Transfer. Deposits are generally 30% total rate is required at booking.

Cancellation will be charged as follows: For Flexible-Rate Cruise Booking

For FIT booking (group of less than 7 cabins)

More than 7 days prior to trip departure: No charge
7 days - 3 days before arrival: 50% charge
Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rate
No show: 100% of total rate

For GIT booking (group of from 7 cabins)

More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge
60 days - 31 days before arrival: 50% charge
From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate
Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate
No show: 100% of total rate

3. Final Payment

Final payment is due 30 days in advance of the tour. These payments are due in our office or submitted online 60 days prior to the departure date for GIT booking and 07 days prior to the departure date for FIT booking. If reservations are made less than 60 days prior to the departure date for GIT booking and less than 07 days prior to the departure date for FIT booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Paradise Vietnam may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Except as otherwise agreed by Merchant, Client’s payment shall be executed by cash, credit card. All credit card transaction is proceeding without bank charge. In cases where credit facilities have not been agreed with the Client/Agent, swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Merchant’s bank account shall execute payment. The Client/Agent must pay any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Merchant. Payment will be settled through our bank account at least 30 days before arrival

4. Refund of Unused services

No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.

5. Voucher

Voucher will be issued by Paradise Vietnam after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax to passenger.

6. Liability and Insurance

Paradise Vietnam accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or delay due to natural disaster, politic actions, weather or causes beyond its control. Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.

7. Confirmation

All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

8. Passengers’ Information

Client is requested to submit all passenger details at least 24 hours prior to check-in of passengers (Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date, Contact number).
