HALONG 2 DAYS AND 1 NIGHT

DAY 1: HANOI - HALONG BAY ON ALISA CRUISE (L/ D)

08:00– 08:30: Our tour guide and bus pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter (If you booked the transfer).

08:30: Departure to Halong Bay for 2.5 hours by our Limousine Shuttle Bus (Extra fees) via High-Speed Express Way 5B

10:00: Stopover at Pearl Farmhouse for refreshment about 20 – 30 minutes

12:30: Welcome on board

13:00: Lunch (During the lunch the boat is cruising pass the small fishing village)

14:20: Visit Titop Island, where you can go swimming and hiking. (When we go you need to bring swimming suit, sun cream, sunglasses, a little money)

After visiting Sung sot cave, we will comeback Alisa boat, our boat keeps cursing to kayak area

16:00: Kayaking (Please change your clothes because it will be wet, we don’t recommend you take your camera, cell phone together)

18:00: Enjoy Happy hour for drinking and Sunset party at the sky bar, on the 4 floors. 

18:15: Cooking class (Enjoy Vietnamese traditional food – Spring rolls)

19:00: Dinner Is served.

20:30: Relaxing time (Squid fishing)

DAY 2:  ALISA LUXURY CRUISE- HANOI (B/L)

6:15: Customers can enjoy free gym on the 3rd floor sundeck or watch the early sunrise on the deck.

6:45 – 7:45: Breakfast is served.

7:45 – 8:45: Go to visit Sung sot cave (you should bring hiking shoes, camera.

9:45: Check out time (For the better arrangement, please put your luggage out of the door and return the room key at the reception). Our staff will help you to transfer your luggage to the jetty in advance.

9:45-10:30: Early Lunch is served.

10:30: Pay the bill at the bar counter on the 2 floors.

11:00: Say goodbye to the crew and disembark on Alisa harbor.

12:00: Get on the bus come back to Ha Noi. (If you booked the transfer)

  CHILDREN ‘S POLICY

• Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC. The second child will be charged 50% fees of the adult price (No extra Bed)
• Children from 4 to 6 years of age are charged 50% of the adult price, sharing a room with parent/s (No extra Bed) 
• Children from 7 to 10 years will be charged 80% of the adult price, sharing a twin/ double room with parent  
• Children from 11 years old will be considered adult

CHANGE OF THE ITINERARY
The Alisa Cruise ‘s itinerary may change from time to time depending on the weather forecast or the instructions are given by the Halong Bay Management Authorities.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

By customers

• More than 15 days prior to check-in: 20% of total rates
•  From 14 to 5 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
•  Less than 5 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
•  No-Show: 100% of total rates

By bad weather

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• CASE 1: Customers used 2 ways transfer and lunch (No day trip) will be charged 35 USD/ Person (35 USD for transfers and Free for Lunch)
• CASE 2: Customers used 2 ways transfers and lunch + day boat trip will be charged 85 USD/ Person (35 USD for transfers + 50 USD for day tours and lunch on boat)
• CASE 3: Customers used 2 ways transfers and lunch + Early Light Dinner + day boat trip will be charged 95 USD/ Person
