On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Merchant. By entering the site, setting the deposit or full payment, you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes.
Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
1. Rate: Tour prices are net prices, quoted in United State Dollars or Vietnam Dong. Our prices for cruises/hotel are generally per person.
2. Reservation/ Deposit/ Full payment
A deposit of 30% to 100% (negotiable) of the full amount is required to request and confirm your reservation. Final payment of the tour price must be made 24h before departure of the tour in Vietnam otherwise full payment must be made at the first time. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your reservations and penalties on the cancellation will apply. Full payment must be received if reservations are made within 24h prior to departure and are subject to space availability.
3. Responsibility and Disclaimer
It acts only in the capacity of agent for its travelers in making arrangements for transportation, hotels and other services that are incidental to the travel that is being purchased. As agent for the travelers, we make following disclaimers: it does not assume any liability what over for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay caused by strikes, civil disturbances, and hostilities acts of war or other force major. Further, it accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to machinery, breakdown, quarantine, weather, or causes beyond its control. It accepts no responsibility for any omission, delay, re-touring, additional expenses, or other events resulting from improper health certificates, or necessary document to enter or depart a country, or acts of any government authority. It also reserves the right decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of the tour.
4. Refund of Unused services
No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.

5. Cancellation charge
5.1: There will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGE given for any unused, NO-SHOW, cancellation or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals and accommodations.
5.2: Cancellation by Customers
For FIT booking (Group of less than 7 cabins)
- More than 30 days prior to trip departure: No charge
- 30 days- 15 days before arrival: 50% charge
- Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate
- No show: 100% of total rate
- For GIT booking (Group of from 7 and more)
- More than 70 days prior to trip departure: No charge
- 70 days- 31 days before arrival: 50% charge
- From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate
- Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate
- No show: 100% of total rate
5.2: Cancellation due to bad weather
- If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Here are the cases in details:
- CASE 1: Customers used 2 ways transfer and lunch ( No day trip) will be charged 35 USD/ Person ( 35 USD for transfers and Free for Lunch)
- CASE 2: Customers used 2 ways transfers and lunch + day boat trip will be charged 85 USD/ Person ( 35 USD for transfers + 50 USD for day tours and lunch on boat)
- CASE 3: Customers used 2 ways transfers and lunch + Early Light Dinner + day boat trip will be charged 95 USD/ Person
6. Confirmation
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
7. Passengers’ Information
Client is requested to submit all passenger details at least 24 hours prior to check-in of passengers (Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date, Contact number).
